evaluating the structural quality of
theoretical or experimental protein
structures. Protein are evaluated by
comparing short fragments of structure to
a reference dictionary of fragments from
high resolution structures.
Query structures can be evaluated by submitting
them either to the server or by downloading the
distribution package
