HOPPscore

HOPPscore© is a simple application for evaluating the structural quality of theoretical or experimental protein structures. Protein are evaluated by comparing short fragments of structure to a reference dictionary of fragments from high resolution structures.

Query structures can be evaluated by submitting them either to the server or by downloading the distribution package

HOPPscore will help crystallographers and protein structure predictors evaluate the quality and reliability of their models as a whole and of specific regions of concern.
